As a Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s creative output while leading a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and video editors. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will oversee and manage projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions that align with our user-centric philosophy. This hands-on, fast-paced role demands a strong creative vision, effective leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how technology, creativity, and data intersect to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Presentation:
. Generate compelling, user-centric creative proposals and present key creative work to clients.
. Develop and execute pitch proposals for potential clients, collaborating across teams to ensure proposals are both innovative and winning.
Creative Leadership:
. Guide and inspire a team of creatives to deliver elevated and impactful work.
. Ensure the quality, consistency, and originality of all creative outputs.
. Continuously challenge and enhance the team’s output, ensuring alignment with the agency’s commitment to innovative, user-focused solutions.
Project Management:
. Oversee creative projects from briefing to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
. Supervise the production process, liaising with third parties such as brokers, production companies, photographers, and technology providers as needed.
Strategic Collaboration:
. Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative efforts with the agency’s broader strategic goals.
. Stay informed about emerging trends in creativity, technology, and customer experience, bringing fresh perspectives to the agency.
Qualifications
Experience:
. 4-5+ years in a creative role with a copywriting background, demonstrating a clear “digital-first” approach.
. Proven expertise in concept creation, digital marketing/advertising, content marketing, and customer experience.
. A strong portfolio showcasing complete projects that highlight your creative vision and problem-solving capabilities.
Leadership Skills:
. Strong supervisory and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
. A positive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to perform under pressure in tight-deadline scenarios.
Technical Proficiency:
. Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, emerging technologies, and their impact on communication and creative development.
. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and other advanced technologies that are shaping the future of creativity.
. Proficiency in creating high-end presentations and templates, with a strong design sensibility for delivering impactful visuals.
